What is easier? The Zone Diet or Food Combining?

What are the benefits of each diet? Which one is more likely to help you lose weight?
Do what makes you feel the best. I don’t really like either diet. Eat real whole food and try and get some exercise. Check your portion size and eat small meals closer together, eat more fruits and vegetables and not as many carbs, that has helped my mother. But you do have to eat some carbs - yams, potatoes. Yams are lower on the glycemic scale.

Just want to tell you that "diets" don’t work. They are just a quick fix.
Try going to a weight watcher meeting. I have been on the program a while, and it really works. They teach you how to eat, and what to eat!
