Has anyone tried The Zone diet?

Hi all,
Trying to find out if anyone has tried The Zone diet and to see if it really works. So if anyone has tried this diet please let me know and please provide all your info and experience on The Zone diet. How do you also purchase this diet? I went on the website and registered but that was all I was able to do. Do I have to buy the book? So please let me know. Thanks!!
I haven’t done this diet but I have done Atkins and here are a couple of links to forums where other people have done the ZONE DIET and what they experienced and other thoughts from people on this diet…Hope this helps.

This website has a search feature and you can search the word zone and come across some post that may help and you can also check out the other low carb diets while there.
