		<description>excersize daily, and dont expect results, they will come.  If you expect results you will get discouraged, just have fun with the type of excersize you are doing and results will follow.  also substitute soda for water, like when you go out to dinner or anytime you would have a soda, drink a water in stead, that will help loose weight but more importantly be all around healthier.  and lastly you are still young and im sure it is a stage,  because i went through it too.
