what is the fastest way to burn fat through diet and exercise?

what should i eat and how should i work out? a rough 7 day meal plan would be great! but anything helps!
1. No fried food 2. No fast food 3. Steam fish and other kind of steam food 4. No fatty food, some lean meat is alright 5. Less carbohydrate, rice or potatoes Oaks is good 6. Only low fat milk 7. Lots of vegetables 8. Lots of fruits 9. Drink Chinese tea without sugar 10. No sweet drinks or candy 11. No supper 12. Eat very little for dinner a) Lots of exercise b) jogging c) Gym workout as long as you can sweat it out is good

Well for excercise try jumping on a trampoline for 30 mins to an hour a day.
