Jillian Michaels is a GODDESS. I have been exercising and eating healthy for about 6-7 months and I hit a hard rock where I stayed at the same weight. I started her workout and about 2 weeks later I went down about 2 lbs YAAAAY it’s a really good workout. Hard but good she really makes you work. But you know what they say no pain no gain.
