can someone give me one of the zone’s diet plans, and/or the rules of this diet..

30% calories from good carb (whole meal bread, veggies, etc), 30% from good fats such as olive / flaxseed oil and 40% lean protein… Good Luck!!!

I am looking to lose weight with acai berry, but I am looking to losing 33-44lbs. would acai berry help, or will that just lose a couple of pounds? Anyone tried it?
